Shipping Policy

Shipping Notice: Due to the pandemic, some orders may experience a delay in shipment by 1-5 business days or longer during sale periods. Estimated shipping times are estimates based on previous shipment data, they are not guaranteed but should not take more than 2-3 weeks on average. We are working diligently to ensure all orders are shipping and received in a timely manner, please be patient with us. Couriers are also experiencing a delay in updating tracking due to the pandemic. We are not responsible for your package after we have shipped the product. 

What are your shipping and processing times?

Orders are processed in just 4-48 hours, however, during sale periods or holidays, slight delays may occur. Our standard shipping times are as listed above. These are estimates with our current shipping and carrier lines. Shipping estimates are based on business days not calendar days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, we may have made a mistake, sorry! Contact us and we'll help you out as soon as possible. 


Refunds & returns are processed for damaged items, wrong items or lost/missing during transit. If you have questions, check our refund policy or feel free to contact us. If you have received your item with a factory defect or it arrived damaged, we will process a full replacement as necessary.

International Package:
We do not guarantee arrival dates for international packages due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in customs clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end. As mentioned above it should not take more than 2-3 weeks on average.
